Trdelnik and Old Prague ham

This is the first street food post people! Hopefully I’ll be posting more of these in Asia.

Trdelnik is a sweet pastry that is made by wrapping dough around a round stick, rolled in sugar and walnuts mix, then put on a rotating grill. It comes out in this cylinder shape. It’s really good. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Actually they can make different variations (with coconut, cinnamon, etc) and they can slab on some jam or chocolate on the inside too. Mmmm

The other thing we tried was the old Prague ham. It was done on a rotisserie and was pretty good. I thought that it may come a bit salty but it wasn’t and the meat was juicy. Expected the skin to be crispy though but wasn’t (man i miss chinese roast pork!)

There was also a side dish that was made with potato, bacon, and cabbage (sauerkraut). That was very good. The potato texture reminds me of gnocchi. It was appetizing nonetheless.
